You are strictly prohibited from using the platform to transfer any illegal content, including but not limited to:

• Pornographic content or content exploiting minors
• Copyrighted material without permission
• Threats, hate speech, or incitement
• Any content in violation of the laws of your country

The user bears sole and full responsibility for all content they transfer. TeLYNQX accepts no liability whatsoever for transferred content.

4. Account Termination

TeLYNQX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who violate these terms or misuse the platform, without prior notice.

5. Modifications

TeLYNQX reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced, and your continued use of the platform after any change constitutes implicit acceptance of the updated terms.
